Commitments to Community

We are dedicated to creating a space where we center and uplift the experiences of our most vulnerable populations, transwomxn of color, in ways that focus on provocative inquiry and affirmation. To that end, our Community Agreements are commitments that all engaging within this space will be uphold.

  1. Listen to understand not to respond

  2. Ask from curiosity rather than judgement

  3. Challenge yourself

  4. Utilize gender inclusive language

  5. Practice grace and humility

  6. Call in rather than out

  7. What's said here stays here, what's learned here leaves here

  8. This is a journey not a destination
